Your new company 

For our Client, international company located in Katowice, we are currently looking for Digital & Tech Transformation Lead for Supply Chain Planning processes.

Your new role 

Holding this position you will play a key strategic role in leading global digital transformation processes for Supply Chain Planning. You will work closely with the planning and business teams to gather the their requirements and digitize the processes. You will lead projects of continuous improvement and drive the implementation of digital solutions globally to accelerate growth, create value together with reducing costs, and inventory.
You will have the following scope of duties:
  • Leading supply chain planning digital transformation agenda for the next years (functional requirements, business strategy and key market trends)
  • Being owner of the current system landscape including Kinaxis Rapid Response, SAP ERP & PPDS, and Aera Decision Cloud systems
  • Leading project teams and improvement areas of the supply chain planning (service, cash position and cost)
  • Coaching and advising business users regarding the system (Key User role)
  • Being up to date with the new digital solutions
  • Leading changes and trainings in line with global design and functional competencies
  • Managing network of global and regional capability and functional leaders
  • Managing relations with stakeholders
  • Applying and understanding of industry best practices and innovative thinking, to create solutions


What you39ll need to succeed 

In order to be successful candidate you need to have:
  • Over 7 years of commercial experience in supply planning and demand planning
  • Experience as Key User in one of the following systems: Kinaxis RR, SAP S4, Aera Decision Cloud
  • Ability to execute global business improvement and development projects (supply chain planning tracks from demand planning, supply planning, production)
  • Holding at least basic programming skills (such as Python, R, C#) would be a plus
  • Strong skills in data and reporting and knowledge of tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Experience in implementation of complex change projects
  • Ability to build positive relationship and successful collaboration at all levels of the organization
  • Previous people managing experience would be a strong asset
  • Bachelors39 degree in a relevant field
  • Fluent in English language is a must
